Our courses will teach you the defenses against the most common street attacks. Learn to defend against: Chokes, Grabs, Punches, Kicks, Bear Hugs, Head locks.

As well as weapons such as guns, knives and sticks. Just as important, we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self defense system that focuses on grappling.

It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can be trained for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts ( MMA ) competition or self defense.
